ATTENDING: SAVAGE, BLACK, FOSTER, BROMAGE, LITCHFIELD, LEMOINE,
A.      Called to Order at 4:40 p.m.

  • B.      Minutes
Motion by Bromage to accept minutes from January 13, 2015 as presented, second by Foster. Motion carried.  
        
C.      New Business

  • 1.      Warrant article for North Dock expansion
  •       Discussion by committee no action needed.
  • D.      General Issue
MMC discussed food truck and where it would operate when at the marina. No action taken.

  • E.      Old Business
1. Bartlett Landing permitting
Discussion and update from Harbormaster.  
              2. Permitting North dock update
        Harbormaster updates MMC DEP permit is in hand other should be finished soon.
             3. Hoist update
        Harbormaster working with Winger welding and MMA for insurance on new hoist.

G.      Motion by Bromage for adjournment at 17:10, second by Foster. Motion carried.
